2. Do I need to pay any deposit or fees to open an account? |

| You do not need to pay any deposit or fees when opening a futures trading account. However, before trading, you must have 100% of initial margin in your account. When closing out the position, the initial margin or the difference will be credited back to your account. | ||||||||||
3. I am a client of First Shanghai Securities Limited, can I use this account to trade futures? |

| No. First Shanghai Securities Limited and First Shanghai Futures Limited are two independent companies. First Shanghai Securities Limited provides securities trading services, while First Shanghai Futures Limited provides future trading services. Clients have to open a futures trading account to trade futures. |

If you are a client of First Shanghai Futures Limited, all you need to do is to sign and return the original copy of Supplemental Agreement for Internet Trading, in order to use the online futures trading system. We will process your request and inform you of the login details individually. The agreement can be downloaded in Useful Forms section, or you may contact your account executive for a copy. |
