After depositing the desired amount into any of the above accounts, please write down your account number and sign on the deposit advice, and fax it to (852) 2537 6911. If the deposit is made by a third party, clients are requested to state their relationship with that person, and the reason for third party transfer on the bank deposit advice.

Deposit processing time:
Advice received by 12:00 noon will be processed on the same day
Advice received after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next trading day

The deposited funds will be credited to clients' futures trading accounts after getting confirmation from relevant banks.
Remark: Cheques have to be cleared before crediting to clients' accounts.

Currency conversion
Clients can convert funds in their futures trading accounts to other currencies by completing the currency conversion form and faxing it to our Settlement department at (852) 2537 6911. Under normal circumstances, the processing time for currency conversion is as follows:
Notices received before 12:00 noon will be processed on the same trading day.
Notices received after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next trading day.

Withdrawal
To withdraw funds from your futures trading account, please complete the fund withdrawal form and fax it to (852) 2537 6911 or send it to our office.
Processing time for fund withdrawal:
