有關香港實施的惡劣天氣交易安排通知

茲通知 閣下，根據香港交易及結算所有限公司(港交所)公告，於9月23日起，港交所將實施惡劣天氣交易安排以確保證券及衍生產品市場於惡劣天氣情況下交易的持續性。

惡劣天氣情況包括：

1.  香港天文台發出八號或以上颱風信號，或

2.  黑色暴雨警告，或

3.  香港特區政府發出的「極端情況」公告

在惡劣天氣情況下，港交所將維持交易、結算及交收等運作，滬深港通、衍生產品假期交易和收市後交易時段亦如常運作。

無論風雨，本公司致力為客戶的投資護航，在惡劣天氣情況下將會繼續為客戶提供無間斷的證券及衍生產品交易相關的服務，包括：

1.  第一上海交易寶App、網上交易平台及人工下單,

2.  客戶服務熱線,

3.  結算及交收等部份服務。

唯在此特別安排下，部份非電子服務可能會受到影響而暫停服務，包括現場開戶、現場客戶服務、股票實貨存入/提取、支票存款/提款及部份個別股息派發安排等，詳情請查閱港交所通告。上述服務亦可能受電訊網络系統、電力供應及銀行網络服務等影响,客户應格外注意及考慮相關風險。

為使客戶在惡劣天氣交易安排下，交易及資金調動不受影響，建議客戶盡量使用本公司之第一上海交易寶App、網上交易平台、電子結單服務及電子轉帳選項。客戶可預先於本公司登記電郵地址及預設不同貨幣(即港幣、美金及人民幣)的指定銀行帳戶，此舉亦方便客戶於日常更靈活地調動戶口的資金及確保每日及時收取本公司結單。由於惡劣天氣情況下交收服務仍會繼續進行，客戶請留意名下帳戶狀況，並確保戶口內備有充足的資金，以避免於惡劣天氣情況下交收受到影響。

Notice regarding the  Severe Weather Trading (SWT) arrangements in Hong Kong

We hereby inform you that in accordance with the announcement by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), starting on 23 September 2024, HKEX will implement SWT arrangements to ensure the continuity of trading in the securities and derivatives markets during severe weather conditions.

Severe weather conditions include:

1.      The announcement of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above by the Hong Kong Observatory, or

2.      The announcement of a Black Rainstorm Warning, or

3.      The announcement of "extreme conditions" by the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Under severe weather conditions, HKEX will maintain trading, clearing and settlement operations. The Shanghai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, derivatives holiday trading and after-hours trading sessions will also operate as usual.

Through thick and thin, our company remains steadfastly committed to safeguarding the protecting our client’s investment.  We will continue to provide seamless securities and derivatives trading-related services to clients during severe weather conditions, including:

1.      First Shanghai Trading Mobile APP, Online trading platform and telephone dealing services,

2.      Customer service hotlines,

3.      Settlement and clearing services.

However, certain non-electronic services may be temporarily suspended, including onsite account openings, onsite customer services, physical stock deposits/withdrawals, cheque deposits/withdrawals, and some dividend payment arrangements. Please refer to the HKEX circular for details. These services may also be affected by telecommunication networks, power supply, and banking network services. Clients should exercise caution and consider the relevant risks.

To ensure uninterrupted trading and fund transfer during SWT arrangements, clients are recommended to utilize our company's Trading Mobile APP, online trading platform, e-statement services and electronic fund transfer options. Clients can pre-register their email addresses and designated bank accounts in various currencies (i.e. HKD, USD and RMB) with us.  This registration will facilitate more flexible account fund transfers and ensure the prompt receipt of statements on a daily basis.

As settlement services will continue to function during severe weather, please monitor your account status closely and ensure that you maintain sufficient funds in your account to prevent any disruption to settlements under the SWT.
